Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Expert with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting SharePoint environments to improve collaboration and productivity across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows. Customize SharePoint pages and ensure optimal performance and user experience. Migrate content and structure between SharePoint environments when needed. Manage permissions, access control, and document management systems. Provide support for end-users and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Ensure SharePoint compliance, security, and governance best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of proven experience in Microsoft SharePoint development and administration. Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Experience with workflows, site customization, and user access management. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and integration with SharePoint. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with SharePoint migrations and upgrades. Familiarity with Nintex or similar workflow tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and OneDrive integrations.
