You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client data, engaging in various communication channels, and contributing to the growth of our customer base. Key Responsibilities: 1. Communicate IT/enterprise technology solutions through outbound B2B calls to target audiences 2. Conduct data profiling to validate customer information and ensure accurate records 3. Use social media platforms like LinkedIn for professional outreach and engagement 4. Make 150+ outbound calls daily to connect with stakeholders and gather insights 5. Provide clear and accurate information about products and services, addressing queries effectively 6. Maintain and organize a comprehensive customer database using CRM tools like Salesforce 7. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to support professional conversations 8. Exhibit excellent communication skills to establish and nurture professional relationships 9. Continuously refine techniques for effective communication and data management 10.
