About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our products/services 2. Handle customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism 3. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales 4. Maintain and update customer data using MS Excel 5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets 6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service 7. Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and interactions What We're Looking For: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 2. Working knowledge of MS Excel 3. A positive attitude and willingness to learn 4. Goal-driven mindset 5.
