Job Description

The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that enhance business processes and productivity. The role includes creating custom applications using Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, and leveraging data insights through Power BI. The developer will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and improve overall user experience. Duties and Responsibilities Design and develop SharePoint solutions, including custom forms and workflows. Create and manage Power Apps Canvas applications and SharePoint forms. Implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. Utilize Dataverse for data management and integration with Power Apps and Power Automate. Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Document and maintain technical specifications and solution architecture. Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders. Manage and maintain JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills Must Have: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas App, SharePoint forms) with a minimum skill level of 3/5. Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI with a minimum skill level of 3/5. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence with a minimum skill level of 3/5. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and customization. Good to Have: Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud services. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
