About The Opportunity

A fast growing digital consulting provider in the IT services sector delivers enterprise Service Management and cloud workflow solutions for Fortune 500 clients across finance, telecom, and manufacturing. Based in India, the firm helps customers automate processes, reduce incident backlogs, and enhance employee experiences using the ServiceNow platform.
Role & Responsibilities

Design, configure, and script ServiceNow modules for Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Catalog.
Implement client scripts, business rules, UI actions, and integrations using Glide APIs and JavaScript.
Develop REST and SOAP web services for bidirectional data exchange with external systems.
Build automated flows and orchestration jobs that eliminate manual tasks and improve SLA compliance.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and production deployments following Agile sprint cycles.
Create technical documentation and mentor junior developers on platform best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3 plus years hands on ServiceNow development across core ITSM modules.
Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting expertise on both client and server side.
Experience creating REST or SOAP integrations using MID server and OAuth.
Good understanding of CMDB data model, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Knowledge of UI Policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer automation.
Ability to work on site with customers in a fast paced Agile environment.

Preferred

ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
Exposure to ServiceNow HRSD, ITOM, or SecOps.
Certification CSA or CAD.
