Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, and workflows.
• Configure and customize forms, lists, UI pages, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Implement and manage Service Catalogs, Request Workflows, and Approvals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Create and maintain Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules for process automation.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT phases.
• Maintain documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, release management, and upgrade support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification (mandatory).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist (preferred).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Hands-on experience with Virtual Agent, UI Builder, or Performance Analytics.
