Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer at Morningstar India Pvt Ltd, you will be a part of the Corporate Systems team responsible for managing and supporting various corporate platforms like ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, etc. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing day-to-day support for Morningstar employees in the platforms and technologies they use. - Offering guidance and technical expertise to all employees and business units. - Implementing system improvements for operational efficiencies and compliance alignment. - Maintaining and updating corporate systems for security and release perspective. - Working with application vendors and internal resources to ensure ongoing integrity and availability of applications. - Providing a centralized way of tracking and managing corporate systems processes. In this role, you will be expected to: - Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, flows, and interfaces. - Create and maintain a user-friendly Service Catalog with service offerings and request workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design solutions. - Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and third-party applications. - Develop custom reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards in ServiceNow. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices. - Identify opportunities for improvements and lead proactive initiatives. - Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and developments. - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 to 8 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Developer. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is desirable. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting. - In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
