Job Summary:

IT Service Management (ITSM)

Key Responsibilities:

ITSM (IT Service Management):

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Customize forms, workflows, business rules, and UI actions to align with business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to streamline and automate service management processes.

ITOM (IT Operations Management):

• Configure and deploy Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Ensure accuracy and health of the CMDB by integrating discovery tools and third-party systems.
• Work with infrastructure and operations teams to monitor and manage the performance and availability of services.

HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery):

• Design and implement HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
• Collaborate with HR teams to automate processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
• Ensure data privacy, role-based access, and compliance with HR policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proven expertise in

  ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB), and HRSD

  modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and APIs.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integration (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow Studio.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL framework.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM/ITOM/HRSD.
• Experience with domain separation, multi-tenant environments, or large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Exposure to HR integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
