Job Summary:

ServiceNow Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across one or more business units to analyze and align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
• Act as a domain expert in ServiceNow, particularly across CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze future business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support and optimize highly complex business processes, including cross-functional integrations.
• Contribute to solution design and delivery as a core member of project teams.
• Assist in the design and development of enterprise-wide solutions in ServiceNow.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of business needs, IT capabilities, and industry trends.
  

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience

  in

  ServiceNow

• 4+ years overall IT experience

• Proven experience with ITOM, ITSM Development

  ,

  Flow Designer

  , and

  Scoped Applications

• Solid experience with CMDB

  ,

  Service Mapping

  , and

  Discovery

• Experience with automated testing

  ,

  test management

  , and

  custom applications

  in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Administration or Implementation Certification (

  CSA or CIS

  ) –

  Preferred

Desired Methodologies & Tools:

• Exposure to

  Agile

• Understanding of

  Business Continuity Management

• Experience in Major Security Incident Management (MSIM)

Rate:

• From $35/hr CAD
