ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilledServiceNow Business Analystto join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and facilitating agile development methodologies to drive efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as aBusiness Analystfor agile development teams, leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams togather and analyze requirementsfor ServiceNow implementations.
• Conductworkshops and stakeholder interviewsto understand pain points, business challenges, and optimization opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with organizational objectives.
• FacilitateUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)activities, gathering feedback to validate system functionality.
• Providetechnical guidance and mentorshipto developers and ServiceNow administrators.
• Stay updated onServiceNow best practices and industry trends, particularly in Health & Safety compliance.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas forautomation and optimizationusing ServiceNow capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)certification is required.
• Strong experience in hosting and facilitatingSCRUM sessionswith development teams.
• Proven experience as aBusiness Analyst, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
• Experience in Health & Safety compliance is a plus.
