Job Role & Responsibilities :
1.Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting
2. Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
3. Promote and sell after sales service maintenance package and spare parts effectively. Prepare and followup quotations to secure orders. Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers, and determine plans for marketing activities to promote extended sales coverage.
4. Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Service Agreements by scheduling sales calls following up of leads & utilizing outlined marketing strategies for SA acquisition.
5. Position Siemens as an industry leader among competition and position service as a key Siemens differentiator to customers & prospects.
6. Jointly work with the multiple levels of the customer's organization to understand and document their business & facility goals and how success is measured. Align the customer's objectives with services to ensure that their building system perform as required to achieve their business & facility goals.
7. Develop value-based sales proposals, estimates, specifications and presentations. Works with Operations, finance, legal and other inside and outside resources as needed to complete a compelling proposal and close the sale.
8. Keep track of Solution & Service Warranty to AMC conversion in alignment with all the required stakeholders.
9. Stay involve with the customer to grow the Service Agreement when renewed by proposing additional customer valued services from the comprehensive Siemens portfolio like Digitalization, Smart Mechanical & EPS Services.
10. Participate in sales department meetings, workshops, training and professional seminars
11. Develop & deploy effective Service strategies to grow their accounts and capture more service wallet share. Prepares annual service agreement roadmap for each business vertical.
Key Functional Skills :
Excellent communication and customer relationship management, Previous sales experience required, The ability to negotiate with and influence others. Willingness and ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time, depending on the position and sales role
Past Experience :
Previous sales experience required. 15-18 years of overall experience in IBMS industry.
Product Knowledge :
Building Automation, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Gas suppression System.
Qualifications :
Engineering Degree (preferred) or Diploma and preferably in Electronics, Instrumentation E &TC, Electrical
Soft Skills :
Willingness to learn, Self-driven, Determined to succeed in tough competitive environment, Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations, both internal and external.
