Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Service Sales Manager to join our growing team. This critical role is responsible for driving business development, sales growth, and opening new accounts across assigned territories and verticals. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to clients, serving as their single point of contact while playing an instrumental role in expanding our customer base. The role demands strong networking capabilities to generate new business and acquire new logos through existing connections and market intelligence.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development, sales, and new account acquisitions to meet assigned services revenue targets across territories, accounts, or verticals.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all matters related to assigned customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with service business goals.
  • Understand and articulate IT Infrastructure Managed Services offerings, including, Data Centre Management, Cloud Management, End User Management, Network Management, Remote Infrastructure Management, NOC and SOC Services, Security Device Management, Identity and Access Management, Cloud and Hosting Services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC/Device Uptime Services), Facility Management Services (FMS), Tools and Services Automation Solutions, and Professional Services.
  • Leverage contacts, connections, and market knowledge to generate new leads and acquire new logos.
  • Develop responses to large-scale Services RFPs, coordinating with pre-sales and solutioning teams.
  • Demonstrate understanding of service delivery methodologies, automation tools, and consultative selling practices.
  • Build and manage client relationships with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Use CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel) for account planning, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
  • Understand and manage the opportunity lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in services sales, preferably within IT infrastructure or managed services.
  • A bachelor s degree in Engineering or another relevant field is preferred.
  • Post-graduation in Business Administration is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex service offerings clearly and effectively.
