Description
As a Tax Staff ServiceNow developer at EY, you will be part of the GDS Tax Technology team, which aims to develop, implement, and integrate technology solutions for clients and engagement teams. Your role will involve developing a deep tax technical knowledge and outstanding database, data analytics, and programming skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on Module with ITSM, Custom application, integration, Service Portal, CSM as recommended - Collaborate with an agile team to design and implement new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests - Develop custom applications in ServiceNow by defining custom data tables, user interface, and adding business logic - Understand and work on ServiceNow Development Platform, including ITSM, Contract management, Resource management, CMDB, Asset Management, and more - Integrate with 3rd party applications, with working experience in scripted REST API, SOAP, etc. - Experience in ServiceNow version upgrades and developing application functionalities using HTML, CSS, and Angular JS - Design and develop UI using ServiceNow, work on ServiceNow Widgets, Client-side scripting, Server-side scripting, and ITSM modules - Customize ServiceNow applications, facilitate rollout of new applications and modules, and configure Application UI and workflow - Participate in ongoing production support and end-user support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal **Qualifications Required:** - ServiceNow admin certification - Hands-on experience in managing multiple ServiceNow instances, including managing major releases and patches - Minimum 1-3 years of coding, testing, and implementing ServiceNow as a technical resource - Proficiency in using REST Web Service APIs - Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and enterprise application - Experience in developing workflows, Business Rules, ACLS, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Date Policies, UI Actions, and table extension in ServiceNow At EY, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
