Job Summary:

ServiceMax Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within
ServiceMax
and
Salesforce platform
to support business requirements.
Configure and customize ServiceMax modules such as
Work Orders, Installed Products, Entitlements, Preventive Maintenance, Service Contracts, Dispatch Console,
etc.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Flows.
Integrate ServiceMax with third-party systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
,
Middleware
, and ETL tools.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Perform unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Participate in deployment planning, sandbox management, and version control using tools like
Copado/Git
.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceMax and Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in Salesforce development and
3+ years
specifically in
ServiceMax
.
Deep understanding of ServiceMax data model and Field Service business processes.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
Experience with
ServiceMax Classic and/or ServiceMax Lightning
versions.
Experience with integration tools like
MuleSoft
,
Dell Boomi
,
Jitterbit
, etc. is a plus.
Salesforce and ServiceMax certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, ServiceMax Certified Consultant) are highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with mobile field service applications and ServiceMax mobile configurations.
Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce/ServiceMax deployments (e.g.,
Gearset, AutoRABIT
).
Exposure to industries like
Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Utilities, or Energy
where ServiceMax is widely used.
