As an experienced individual in designing and developing automation frameworks, you will be required to have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Proficiency in JavaScript along with a good knowledge of its ecosystems, including IDEs, Frameworks & Libraries, is essential for this role. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of frameworks such as Karate, WebDriver IO, Junit, etc. Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience with Mobile application automation using Appium and JavaScript, as well as automation of web, mobile, and OTT applications. You should possess the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and provide solutions, along with a strong background in CI/CD tools and processes such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Gradle, and related technologies. Familiarity with Open-Source tools and frameworks, experience in performing code reviews and functional reviews, and expertise in frameworks and tools evaluation are also important aspects of this role. Understanding QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes, as well as familiarity with containerization solutions like Docker, will be beneficial. Furthermore, you should have experience in mentoring and guiding teams, developing high-quality test automation strategies and plans, and test automation planning and estimation. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in ensuring the success of the automation projects you will be involved in.,
