What You ll Be Doing We re looking for a Product Manager to join our global team building next-generation Talent software covering Calibration, Skills, Succession, and beyond. You ll work closely with a Lead Product Manager in the U.S. and collaborate with developers, QA, and design teams across India and the U.S. to bring new features to life. In this role, you ll be responsible for turning business needs into well-defined user stories and requirements, breaking down features for development, and guiding them through the product lifecycle. What You ll Be Doing As a Devops Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the platform infrastructure that the Betterworks application utilizes. Leveraging solid Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform to produce repeatable and well reviewed infrastructure creation. Using your strong background in cloud computing principles, with specific focus on Amazon Web Services, to build and operate services that fulfill the needs of our internal and customer applications. Creating and operating a service mesh based design using container orchestration techniques with emphasis on Docker and Kubernetes. What ll Help You Be Successful 2-5 years of experience in DevOps Ability to manage time efficiently and focus on clear goals Knowledge of cloud architecture best practices Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with Terraform (AWS provider is a plus), CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions with a focus on development, using JavaScript/TypeScript/Python.
