What You ll Be Doing

We re looking for a Product Manager to join our global team building next-generation Talent software covering Calibration, Skills, Succession, and beyond. You ll work closely with a Lead Product Manager in the U.S. and collaborate with developers, QA, and design teams across India and the U.S. to bring new features to life.

• In this role, you ll be responsible for turning business needs into well-defined user stories and requirements, breaking down features for development, and guiding them through the product lifecycle.


• You ll keep teams aligned, ensure stories are testable and customer-focused, and contribute directly to how HR technology shapes the employee experience.


• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for new features.


• Break down features into deliverable stories and manage them through agile sprints.


• Collaborate daily with developers, QA, and designers (India + U.S.).


• Partner with a Lead Product Manager to prioritize work and align with product strategy.


• Ensure product quality and usability by working closely with QA and design.

What ll Help You Be Successful

• This role is a great fit if you re detail-oriented, thrive in cross-functional collaboration, and want to grow your product management career while working on impactful global HR tech.


• 2 5 years of product management or business analysis experience, ideally in SaaS.


• Strong knowledge of Agile methods and experience writing user stories.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones.


• Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.


• Bonus: Experience with HR tech, talent management, JIRA, Confluence, or Figma.
