What You ll Be Doing
As an Junior SDET in Betterworks, you will be required to,
-
Identify risks and evaluate information about the quality of the product over releases.

Designing and writing test cases.
-
Support automation of test cases using Cypress.io and help connect test suites to our CI/CD pipeline ensuring continuous quality assurance.

Help define and implement quality metrics and record QA artifacts.
- Review solutions implemented by developers and identify issues in them before implementation.

Assist in planning and executing testing cycles, setting up test data, and providing quality reports.
What ll Help You Be Successful

0-1 years of experience in QA and automation
-
Strong foundational understanding of manual testing processes.

Basic understanding of debugging web applications.

Basic working knowledge of REST APIs, databases, sessions, and tokens.

Familiarity with Scrum framework and Agile practices.

Strong initiative and self-motivation.
-
Proven track record of attention to detail and proactive expectation management.

Performance and security testing expertise
-
Exposure to automation tools like Cypress.io or Selenium (e.g., through personal projects, coursework, or internships).

Experience in defining and/or implementing test strategies
