Roles & Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning of machinery and handling service calls as per customer requirements
Provide technical support and feedback to
New Product Development (NPD)
teams
Assist sales team by understanding customer needs and freezing technical specifications
Perform competitor analysis to improve product positioning
Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the purchase and implementation process
Lead and guide the sales team to improve sales opportunities and technical support
Maintain and regularly update customer complaint registers
Communicate with clients to determine and deliver the required technical services
Build and sustain positive customer relationships through excellent service standards

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of pharma & healthcare packaging machines
Excellent communication skills in
English and regional languages
Customer-centric approach with leadership qualities
Proactive, solution-oriented, and technically sound
