About the Role

iBELL Power Tools is seeking a proactive and experienced Service Manager to lead and oversee our service center operations, including spare parts, receiving, dispatch, and returns. We are looking for a strong leader with hands-on experience in technical service management, preferably in electronics or power tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, including service center, spare parts, receiving, dispatch, and returns.
• Lead and support departmental heads to address and resolve operational issues.
• Manage local spare parts procurement from Coimbatore and Ernakulam.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist the spare parts team in planning, and ensure timely order placement.
• Prepare and share daily operational reports with senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company service standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance performance and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma/ITI or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in service center operations, spare parts management, or technical service leadership.
• Preferred Background: Electronics, power tools, consumer durables, or similar technical fields.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to coordinate multi-department operations
• Good analytical and problem-solving capability
• Sound understanding of service operations and inventory management
