Job Summary:
We are hiring product receiving staff for our Service Department. This role is responsible for receiving the products from customers and courrier service partners and entering details properly into the system .

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive tools/products from customers brought in for service or repair
• Enter product details, customer information, and issue description into the service system
• Generate and issue receiving slips or job cards for customer records
• Register each service request accurately and ensure it is logged in the system
• Tag and organize products for handover to the next internal team (technicians, QC, etc.)
• Maintain clear records of daily receipts and update logs
• Assist customers with basic service inquiries related to product handover
• Ensure workspace is clean and organized
• Report any product discrepancies or damages during receiving
• Enter the product details, customer information and issue description into the service system
• Generate and issue receiving slips or job cards for customer records

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass
• Basic computer skills necessary.
• Attention to detail and good manual handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
