### *Job Description / Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle *operation file login*, KYC verification, and loan documentation as per company and regulatory norms
* Manage *end-to-end loan disbursement process*, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant release of funds
* Coordinate with *bankers, credit, risk, and legal teams* to ensure approvals and documentation are complete
* Manage *loan disbursement audit*, documentation checks, and compliance reporting
* Provide *customer service support*, resolve customer queries, and handle issue resolution related to disbursement
* Maintain and update records related to disbursement and operational activities
* Prepare *MIS reports and dashboards* for senior management, highlighting disbursement trends, bottlenecks, and loan utilization
### *Key Skills Required:*
* Strong knowledge of *loan operations, KYC & documentation*
* Experience in *secured & unsecured loan disbursement*
* Good coordination and communication skills
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MIS reporting and data management
