Job Description Care4Elder is a growing elder care services company committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and professional care for seniors. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our expanding team. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for caregivers, nurses, office staff, and support roles Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding & induction Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation Manage payroll inputs, incentives, and coordination with accounts team Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary, leave, and compliance Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and company policies Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities Build a positive work culture aligned with Care4Elder’s values Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Recruitment (Healthcare or Service sector preferred) Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Preferred Skills Experience hiring caregivers, nurses, or field staff Exposure to startup or service-based organizations Empathetic approach and people-first mindset What We Offer Opportunity to work with a fast-growing elder care organization Supportive and purpose-driven work environment Learning and career growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,819.12 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
