HR Executive

Job Description

Care4Elder is a growing elder care services company committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and professional care for seniors. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for caregivers, nurses, office staff, and support roles
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding & inductionMaintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentationManage payroll inputs, incentives, and coordination with accounts teamHandle employee queries related to HR policies, salary, leave, and complianceSupport performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activitiesEnsure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and company policiesAssist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalitiesBuild a positive work culture aligned with Care4Elder’s values

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Recruitment (Healthcare or Service sector preferred)Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor lawsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Preferred Skills
Experience hiring caregivers, nurses, or field staffExposure to startup or service-based organizationsEmpathetic approach and people-first mindset

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,819.12 per month
