Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end processing of secured & unsecured loans (PL, BL, HL, LAP, etc.).
Conduct KYC verification and ensure complete and accurate documentation.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for file login, queries, approvals, and disbursement.
Maintain MIS reports, track applications, and ensure timely TAT.
Ensure compliance with lender policies and RBI guidelines.
Provide client updates and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in DSA operations or loan processing.
Strong knowledge of loan products, KYC norms, and disbursement procedures.
Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools.
