Job Description:

We are hiring a Service Executive for our solar company in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for handling service-related activities, customer coordination, and basic technical support for solar power systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend service calls, breakdown complaints, and maintenance visits for solar systems.
• Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely service support.
• Maintain service records, job cards, and complaint registers.
• Follow up on pending service requests and ensure timely closure.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to solar systems.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for warranty claims and spare parts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in service coordination or solar industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
