Service Engineer

You will be responsible for providing installation, troubleshooting, and repair services for Inverters, UPS, SMPS, and lithium batteries at customer sites in Bihar and Jharkhand. Your key responsibilities will include handling on-site technical issues, coordinating with the Head Office and local dealers for escalations, maintaining service records, conducting preventive maintenance, providing technical training and support, managing spares inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and traveling extensively within the assigned territory. Additionally, you will need to communicate effectively on emails and phone regarding customer escalations, feedback, and MIS. Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in servicing inverters, batteries, UPS systems, or related power backup products. A good understanding of lithium battery technology, SMPS, and power electronics is preferred. You should also have the ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals, willingness to travel across Bihar and Jharkhand as per service requirements, and excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
