Job Description

Position

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations of the injection molding department.
Ensure proper machine settings, mold changes, and process optimization for efficient production.
Monitor product quality and troubleshoot any defects or process issues.
Maintain and enforce safety, cleanliness, and quality standards on the shop floor.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely servicing of injection molding machines.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports and documentation.
Train and supervise machine operators and helpers for smooth workflow.
Handle raw material planning and usage control to minimize waste.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in
injection molding operations
.
Educational background from
CIPET
or Diploma in Plastics/Mechanical preferred.
Sound knowledge of injection molding machines and mold setup.
Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to lead a small team and coordinate with other departments.
Willing to work in shifts, if required.
