About the Role We are rolling out a state-of-the-art Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to drive our digital transformation and elevate production performance. We are seeking a seasoned MES professional with proven experience in full-cycle MES deployment and injection moulding operations within a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of the MES implementation — from initial configuration and onboarding to continuous improvement and long-term system support. You will work across production, engineering, IT, and vendor teams to ensure the MES is fully aligned with operational goals and delivers measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of the MES system. Translate manufacturing requirements into MES configurations that optimize workflows, especially for injection moulding processes . Manage system data migration, validation, and go-live readiness. Develop and execute comprehensive MES training programs for operators, engineers, and managers. Oversee user administration, permissions, and system security protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for MES-related issues, coordinating with vendors for escalations, upgrades, and patches. Monitor MES performance, generate operational reports, and propose improvements. Lead initiatives for continuous process optimization using MES data insights. Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards and operational KPIs. Qualifications & Requirements Mandatory: Demonstrated experience in deploying and maintaining MES in a manufacturing environment. Desired (but not essential): Practical knowledge of injection moulding machines and related manufacturing workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering , or Computer Science (Master’s degree preferred). Strong understanding of ERP integration, production data capture, and manufacturing KPIs. Proficiency in database concepts (SQL) and familiarity with industrial networking. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
