Role Overview: You will be joining AFC MENA as a Technical Sales Engineer based in India, with a focus on plastic injection molding machinery. Your main responsibilities will include developing and managing sales opportunities, identifying customer needs, providing technical guidance, conducting site visits, preparing presentations and commercial offers, managing relationships with various stakeholders, tracking market trends, and coordinating with internal teams for project follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage sales opportunities for injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment. - Identify customer needs, conduct technical assessments, and propose suitable machine configurations. - Provide guidance on tonnage selection, shot size, mold compatibility, automation requirements, and energy efficiency. - Visit customer sites to understand applications, troubleshoot high-level issues, and support machine trials. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial offers. - Manage relationships with OEMs, mold makers, converters, and processors across India. - Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market movements within the plastics industry. - Coordinate with engineering teams, service departments, and overseas factories for project follow-ups and machine deliveries. - Report market activity, sales forecasts, and monthly performance metrics. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding machines, plastics processing, polymer engineering, or related industrial machinery. - Strong understanding of process parameters, hydraulics, electric systems, and machine-mold interactions. - English fluency required. Hindi or regional languages are a plus. - Ability to read machine technical sheets and communicate with engineering teams. - Experience in B2B machinery sales or technical support roles. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Willingness to travel frequently across India.,
