Carry out diagnosis of faults, and repairs to all types of control systems in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational. Ability to oversee electrical drawing, control and vendor specific activity. Estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete. Ensure all the production machines/equipment are in operational condition. irrespective of production plan. If required, work continue until machine up. Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage. Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management. Scope of Work: Active Road Safety Device Development Education : MTech or BTech in electronics ,mechatronics or equivalent with 2 to 5 years experiences. Introduction We are seeking a motivated and skilled candidate to assist in the design and development of an Active Road Safety Device. The candidate should have expertise in sensors, circuitry design, and programming and be prepared to collaborate with industry professionals in a disciplined and attentive manner. Objectives The candidate will be responsible for: Researching and selecting appropriate sensors for detecting road conditions, vehicle movements, or pedestrian activities. Designing and implementing the circuitry for the safety device. Developing embedded software for real-time data processing and decision-making. Ensuring the system is robust, efficient, and compliant with industry safety standards. Key Responsibilities Phase 1: Research & Planning Study existing active road safety systems and identify gaps for innovation. Determine the best sensor technologies (e.g., LiDAR, ultrasonic, infrared, or radar) for the application. Define system requirements and create initial circuit diagrams and flowcharts. Phase 2: Design & Development Build hardware prototypes with sensor integration and circuitry design. Write embedded firmware using languages like C, Python, or Arduino. Test communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, CAN, or Bluetooth) for device connectivity. Ensure power efficiency and durability for real-world conditions. Phase 3: Testing & Validation Conduct bench testing and field trials to validate sensor accuracy and response time. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and refine the system. Document results, failures, and improvements for future iterations. Phase 4: Deployment & Reporting Assist in the final prototype demonstration for industry stakeholders. Create a technical report outlining design decisions, test results, and possible enhancements. Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for future development. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Experience with sensor integration (motion, distance, temperature, etc.). Circuit design and PCB development. Programming skills in C, Python, or Embedded Systems. Knowledge of microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or similar). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with industry professionals. Well-disciplined, organized, and eager to learn. Expected Deliverables Research report on sensor selection and system feasibility. Working prototype of the active road safety device. Source code and technical documentation. Project presentation and report submission.

The candidate's primary responsibility will be servicing faulty materials within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA). Responding to customer complaints, evaluating, and resolving customer problems. 3. Analysing, inspecting, and reviewing findings to determine appropriate solutions to meet customer demands. 4. The candidate should be capable of identifying faults in PCBs and rectifying them to prevent any major issues in the future. 5. Preparing Service Reports. 6. Compiling Daily Status Reports and Monthly Service Reports. 7. Creating reports on repeated failure analysis. 8. The candidate must be willing to travel as per business requirements. 9. Ensuring confidentiality by not sharing or disclosing any confidential data such as circuit diagrams, software, etc. 10. Being responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all service equipment and tools. 11. Providing cost estimates to customers and following up through odoo. 12. Candidates should be prepared to relocate to different cluster locations without receiving additional benefits/salary.
