Job Description

Role Overview: As a Hardware Assembly & Testing Engineer, your main responsibility will be to assemble electronic components and PCBs according to the design and BOM. You will be required to solder and desolder both through-hole and SMD components, perform functional testing of the assembled hardware, identify and troubleshoot faults in electronic circuits and components, follow SOPs to maintain the assembly workflow, and keep records of test results and defects for further analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble electronic components and PCBs as per the design and BOM. - Conduct soldering and desoldering of through-hole and SMD components. - Perform functional testing of assembled hardware. - Identify and troubleshoot faults in electronic circuits and components. - Follow SOPs and maintain assembly workflow. - Maintain records of test results and defects for analysis. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Bachelors in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, or a related field. - Hands-on experience in hardware assembly and testing (preferred). - Knowledge of circuit diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with testing tools and soldering techniques. The work schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, morning shift, and weekend availability. There is also a performance bonus available. Note: Work location is in person at Perundurai, Erode, Tamil Nadu (Preferred).
