Electrical Design Engineer

Location:

Role Summary

Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design
electrical control systems
, wiring schematics, and layouts using CAD software.
Collaborate with mechanical and R&D teams for product development and design improvements.
Perform
circuit design, load analysis, fault detection
, and power distribution planning.
Integrate electrical components with
PLCs, HMIs, motors, and drives
in textile machinery.
Develop and test prototypes to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
Maintain technical documentation including diagrams, specifications, and electrical drawings.
Support troubleshooting during
manufacturing and installation
phases.
Assist in project planning and ensure design timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with
purchase, production, and quality
teams for implementation.
Keep up with emerging technologies and integrate them into design solutions.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in
electrical design
, preferably in textile machinery or similar manufacturing industries.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and electrical design tools.
Knowledge of
PLCs, SCADA systems
, and industrial automation.
Strong grasp of electrical systems, controls, and power distribution.
Ability to interpret and create
technical drawings and schematics
.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
