Maintenance Manager- Plastic Injection Molding Unit

Key Responsibilities: Manage maintenance of plastic injection moulding machines (e.g., Haitian, Engel, Arburg, Toshiba, FANUC, etc.). Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic , mechanical , and electrical issues of injection molding equipment. Schedule and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) plans. Coordinate mold maintenance along with toolroom and production teams. Maintain chillers, cooling towers, compressors, dryers, mold temperature controllers, robotic arms, and conveyors. Ensure proper functioning of water circulation, compressed air systems, and electrical panels. Supervise and train maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of failures and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain maintenance logs, machine history, and breakdown reports. Adhere to safety, ISO, and IATF quality management systems. Support audits (internal, external, customer) with required documentation. Monitor critical spares inventory and place requisitions in a timely manner. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for part procurement and machine servicing. Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement initiatives. Implement lean maintenance practices, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, and energy-saving programs. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Department: Maintenance / Engineering Location: Jeedimetla Hyderabad Reports To: GM – Operations/COO Experience: 10–15 years (Minimum 5 years in injection moulding environment) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering In-depth knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and control systems (PLC, servo drives, HMI).

Role & responsibilities The Manager HR & Administration oversees all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role involves supervising payroll preparation, addressing employee grievances, conducting meetings, ensuring statutory compliance, managing recruitment, employee engagement activities, and coordinating with various departments. Performance Management: Prepare Performance Management System (PMS) documentation for all departments. Submit PMS documentation for management review. 2. Training: Prepare the Training Calendar based on inputs from department heads. Arrange internal and external training sessions. 3. Regulatory Compliance (ISO and OHSAS Audits): Attend ISO and OHSAS audits. Submit required documentation for audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 4. Payroll Management: Supervise the preparation of payroll and attendance reports. Ensure timely payments of statutory compliance like ESI, PF, PT, Gratuity, and Bonus payments. 5. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes for various levels of employees. Negotiate and finalize the CTC structure within the budget. Handle onboarding to exit formalities for employees. 6. Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities such as sports events, celebrations, and annual functions. 7. Administrative Functions (Plant Administration, Licensing, Documentation): Apply for and manage all required licenses online and offline. Arrange meetings with management as needed. Prepare reports as required by management and obtain approvals. 8. Grievance Handling: Address employee grievances and provide solutions in a timely manner. 9. Insurance Management: Renew all company and employee insurance policies on time. Manage additions and deletions to insurance policies. 10. Statutory Compliance and Documentation: Submit online returns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle approvals and submissions for PCBs CFO, and factories department as required. Preferred candidate profile MBA/MHRM with 10-15 yrs experience in the manufacturing industries. Knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
