Accurate design, drawing, creation or changes, and drafting edits, drafting tasks Data entry into database, including creation of requests and change orders per company approval and tracking process. Quality review of engineering drawings, workflow between team members globally. Also includes tasks such as reports, testing and subsequent write ups, and mass drawing changes. Special projects such as process improvement, macro work to ease use of excel for data loads Image generation/creation of models 3d or 2d for technical writing team Support Power Electronics or electrical tasks Here is some of what you will need (required): B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) graduate with minimum 2 years of electrical design. Expert with SolidWorks and other design drafting tools, with ability to follow best practices and good standards. Experienced with Product Lifecycle Management systems, plus if experienced with tools such as Arena, NetSuite, Salesforce. Design of Building Engineering Services (Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm and Low Current systems like Telephone & Data), keeping abreast with the most current viable technology and equipment capabilities and adhering to global standards Develop understanding about sustainability within building design. Coordinate with Sr. Engineers for developing and reviewing the designs. Coordinate with Dubai & Mumbai offices with design engineers. Develop Electrical load Calculations and detailed load schedules in Consistent formats. Selection and design of Electrical equipment, panels and cable sizing. Develop typical installation details, general notes and as well as Electrical Specifications. Design electrical systems in line with IEEE and relevant authority under jurisdiction. Coordinate with trainee engineers to develop the design & models. Review and refinement of design drawings at all design stages. Assist/ Preparation of Project Specifications and BOQ QA/QC checks on the package before releasing it to Dubai or Mumbai office.
