Full Time
• Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN.
• Create and modify circuit diagrams, terminal diagrams, and I/O diagrams for automation systems.
• Design and specify electrical components, including sensors, actuators, relays, PLCs, drives, and switches, ensuring they meet project requirements.
• Work closely with project engineers to integrate electrical systems with automation solutions.
• Ensure that designs meet industry standards and are compliant with safety and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with other CF teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and automation systems.
• Generate comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) based on electrical designs.
• Proactively suggest improvements and optimization strategies for existing electrical designs to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance performance.
• Proficiency in creating electrical documentation, including circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Solid understanding of electrical components used in automation, including PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and actuators.
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems, control panels, and electrical wiring practices.
