With a focus on innovation, precision, and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to strengthen our after-sales support team. Position DetailsPosition: Service Engineer Department: Service & Support Location: [Insert Location] Reporting to: Service Manager / Director Key Responsibilities·        Installation & Commissioning: Carry out installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment at client locations across India. Ensure proper setup, calibration, and functioning of instruments. Complete all required installation and operational documentation at the customer site. Provide training to customers on equipment operation, safety, and best practices. ·        Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules. Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites or remotely. Minimize equipment downtime by ensuring quick and effective solutions. ·        Customer Support & AMC Promotion: Act as the first point of contact for service-related queries. Build long-term relationships with clients by ensuring high-quality support. Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ensure follow-up for renewals. ·        Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs. Submit timely reports to the service manager for review. Provide product performance feedback to R&D and production teams. ·        Compliance & Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team during demos, trials, and customer visits. Adhere to all company and industry safety protocols. Ensure compliance with client-specific documentation and service requirements. Key Skills Required·        Strong technical knowledge (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation). ·        Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. ·        Willingness to travel extensively across India. ·        Customer service orientation with strong communication skills. ·        Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
