Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Service Engineer based in Pune. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial machinery, conducting repairs on-site, and providing technical support. The role will also include addressing service calls, collaborating with the team to resolve technical issues efficiently, and ensuring machinery operates at peak efficiency for client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving machinery issues Experience in field service and maintenance, particularly in industrial machinery Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Proficiency in providing technical support and repairs for complex machinery Knowledge of machinery operation, such as CNC equipment and tools, is a plus Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as required Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
