Service Engineer

As an experienced candidate with 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting, installation, and servicing/maintenance of X-Ray Baggage Scanner Systems at Airports, your role at this company will involve the following responsibilities: - Installation and Maintenance of X-Ray Baggage Scan Systems. - Ensuring smooth functioning and maintenance of X-ray machine. - Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic components. - Conducting corrective and preventive maintenance of hardware and software. - Attending breakdowns, diagnosing faults, overseeing time-critical repairs, and resolving customer service issues. - Meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding the performance of Deployed Equipments. - Maintaining a sound technical knowledge level on products. To be eligible for this position, you should have: - Diploma or B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering. - Presentable with good communication skills in English. - Hardworking, dedicated, self-motivated, and possessing good decision-making ability. - Good health condition. - Proficiency in MS-Office and other computer tools/software. - Any medical history should be disclosed before the interview. This job is based in Vijayawada and requires you to work from the office.
