Position DetailsPosition: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Location: [Insert Location] Reporting to: HR Manager / Director Key Responsibilities· Recruitment & Staffing: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for production, sales, and admin roles. Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction. · Employee Administration: Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll inputs, compliance documents). Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and benefits. · Performance & Compliance: Assist managers in setting KPIs and monitoring performance. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Support implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures. · Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and identify skill gaps in production, sales, and admin teams. · HR Operations Support: Support manpower planning aligned with production schedules and sales targets. Collaborate with management to improve retention and reduce attrition. Key Skills Required· Strong knowledge of recruitment & HR processes. · Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliances. · Good communication & interpersonal skills. · Ability to multi-task across production, sales, and admin hiring. · Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools.
