Role Summary

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of industrial automation and conveyor equipment at client sites. This role serves as a crucial interface between customers and the company’s technical and project teams, ensuring operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

 Install and commission industrial conveyor systems and packaging automation equipment at client sites.

 Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system faults.

 Provide on-site and remote technical support for operational issues and resolve customer complaints within defined SLAs.

 Train customer staff on safe operation, routine maintenance, and optimization of installed systems.

 Prepare detailed service reports, log maintenance activity, and document recurring issues for analysis.

 Support the sales and project teams with after-sales insights and technical assistance.

 Ensure strict compliance with company and industry safety standards at all times.

 Travel extensively to client locations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or related field.

 2–3 years’ experience in servicing industrial automation, conveyor systems, or packaging machinery.

 Sound understanding of mechanical assemblies, electrical panels, and control systems (PLC/HMI is a plus).

 Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and interpret equipment manuals.

 Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer handling skills.

 Willingness to travel and work at customer sites as per project needs.

Preferred Attributes

 Experience in industrial automation for warehousing, packaging, or material handling industries.

 Exposure to handling safety audits and process improvements.

 Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,822.65 - ₹38,429.84 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
