Tele Caller Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller (Lady Preferred) to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in achieving sales and service targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and promote products/services.

Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.

Provide detailed feedback to the team leader/manager regarding customer needs and market trends.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Requirements

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

Gender: Female candidates preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers may also apply).

Strong verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Marathi / Local Language as applicable].

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pleasant personality and polite telephone etiquette.

Pay: ₹8,939.01 - ₹20,000.00 per month
