Service Development Head

To be eligible for this role, you should have at least 15 years of progressive experience in Shared Services, BPO, or Captive Center environments, with a minimum of 7 years in senior leadership positions. A deep understanding of cross-functional processes and experience in building, scaling, and transforming shared services or global capability centers are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering, with an MBA or equivalent being preferred. Additionally, experience in stakeholder management, familiarity with ERP and automation tools, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
