Job Description – Service CoordinatorPosition OverviewThe Service Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and service technicians. The role involves scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring service activities to ensure efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and timely completion of work orders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule service calls, preventive maintenance, and repair activities. Act as a communication link between customers, service engineers, and management. Maintain service records, contracts, and customer details in the system. Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues when required. Prepare service quotations, reports, and documentation as needed. Track spare parts requirements and coordinate with the inventory/parts department. Support service team in meeting performance targets (response time, closure rate, etc.). Prior experience in service coordination, customer service, or operations preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. Key CompetenciesCustomer-focused approach. Attention to detail.
