Job Responsibilities:
· Taking care of all day to day activities involved in service department.
· Co coordinating with Head Office to ensure customer delight and operational excellence.
· Taking a leadership role in initiating best practices and decisions which help in furthering the role of services.
· Ensuring that Customer case are resolved within the standard TAT.
· Follow up with Customers & Service centers for dealers.
· Ensuring that all the cases are registered in CRM with correct customer’s details.
· To assist seniors in various task /assignments
· To follow instruction of seniors for time to time.
