Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, exhibitions, and referrals. Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell services or upgrades. Technical Sales Support: Understand client requirements related to clean room classifications, air changes per hour, filtration standards, and temperature/humidity control. Present technical HVAC solutions aligned with clean room standards (ISO 14644, GMP, etc.). Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Project Coordination: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to prepare technical submittals and BOQs. Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams. Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and post-sale support. Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing structures. Provide regular feedback to management for product development and strategy planning. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain CRM data and daily/weekly sales reports.
