Service Coordinator

Your responsibilities will include coordinating post-service activities such as delivery confirmation, engineer planning, installation scheduling, complaint handling, and replacements. You will be responsible for daily reporting to the service head on all cases, liaising between departments and clients to deliver services tailored to their needs, cost, and time constraints. Additionally, you will handle installation procedures and complaints over the phone, create stock reports, and stay updated on product knowledge and technical solutions to offer informed support. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, service coordination, or customer support, with a preference for candidates with experience in IFPDs and UPS industries. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. A strong understanding of electronic products and Smart Education technology solutions is desirable, as well as meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in your work. Your customer service skills should be top-notch, enabling you to empathize with customers and effectively resolve any issues that may arise.
