Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce projects. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop presales strategies. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Contribute to the development of reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and collateral to enhance overall pre-sales efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with technology partners, competency teams, and sales to define go-to-market strategies and identify target opportunities for building a robust revenue pipeline. Experience in presales, architecture and solution design. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and CPQ is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect). Experience with other Salesforce products and integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
