Your role

Develop and maintain the SACM strategy, policies, and procedures aligned with ITIL best practices.
Manage the lifecycle of IT assets and configuration items, including identification, control, status accounting, and verification.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the CMDB and related repositories.
Collaborate with Change, Incident, and Problem Management teams to ensure CI data supports operational processes.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of assets and configuration data.
Provide reports and dashboards on asset utilization, configuration status, and compliance.

Your profile

6–9 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Configuration Management.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL v4 certification preferred).
Experience with CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Ivanti).
Knowledge of hardware/software lifecycle and procurement processes.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
