About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s not just good at SEO and paid campaigns but is obsessed with generating leads and driving growth . This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with data, can keep up with the ever-evolving digital landscape, and isn’t afraid to experiment, measure, and optimize. What you Do: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising. Lead our SEO/SEM efforts — from keyword research and audits to link building, on-page SEO, and web analytics. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns — from Google Ads to social media ads. Oversee our social media presence and drive engaging, brand-aligned content. Plan, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation and client engagement. Continuously track, analyze, and report campaign performance — focus on ROI, KPIs, and actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams and external creative/media partners to deliver impactful campaigns. Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and tactics to keep Redspark at the cutting edge. Support the business development team by generating qualified leads through strategic digital campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media or a related field 5 – 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and strategies Proficiency in web analytics tools and social media platforms Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills Experience with SEO, lead generation and email marketing tools Ability to work collaboratively (and lead) cross-functional teams Prior experience working in professional services is a must. What You’ll Deliver: Website Performance – UX/UI, SEO, content, traffic, and analytics. Search Strategy – Organic + Paid strategy to maximize reach and conversion. Lead Generation – Create and execute campaigns that bring in leads and fuel our sales pipeline. Analytics & Reporting – Identify what works, pivot when necessary, and scale results. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Product, and IT for integrated success. and most important is to generate Leads for Business.
